Tezos Philippines is hosting an NFT minting event, in collaboration with TZ APAC and several local and international community partners, from March 6 to 31, 2023, to celebrate Women’s Month and International Women’s Day.
The event aims to showcase the vital role played by women in the development of the emerging web3 space and promote inclusivity and diversity in the ecosystem. The event also supports this year’s theme for Women’s Day, which is DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality.
Participants can mint NFTs on the Tezos blockchain through the event’s website, and all submissions can be viewed on the OBJKT platform.
Participants need to mint 50 editions of their work on any Tezos platform with the hashtag #womenofweb3 and send the first edition to a designated address for archival purposes, while the rest can be listed on the marketplace.
The archived copy will never be sold. Participants can tweet their participation using the hashtag #womenofweb3 and tagging @tezosphl.
All participants who follow the instructions will be included in a raffle draw, where Tezos Philippines and its partners will give tez to select participants.
Beginners and those new to the Tezos ecosystem are encouraged to participate, and assistance is available on the Tezos Philippines Telegram page.
Tezos Philippines and its partners believe that web3 and NFTs present an opportunity to empower and showcase underrepresented voices, particularly women, in the blockchain space.
The event invites everyone to participate in the celebration of women’s contributions in web3 and support the cause of promoting gender equality through technology.
