Blockchain advisory company Move Digital is focusing fully on the development and deployment of Metaverse and GameFi applications for the consumer market in 2023, according to founder Kristof Schöffling.
The company has previously provided white label development services and support for blockchain-focused gaming applications in Asia, and will now prepare its own suite of consumer-focused Metaverse and GameFi applications.
Schöffling has also formed agreements with several family offices in London, Monaco, and Zurich to help them deploy millions of dollars in USD capital and navigate the shift towards virtual worlds. These family offices play a crucial role in managing the assets and wealth of some of the wealthiest families in the world, and their decisions can have a significant impact on global financial markets.
Schöffling anticipates mainstream adoption of Metaverse gaming environments, driven in part by the COVID-19 pandemic’s acceleration of the shift towards virtual worlds for social engagement.
Move Digital will assist the family offices in deploying their capital, and potential collaborations with each of the offices may be opened. The company has long had activities in the APAC region, helping tech companies deploy and market GameFi applications.
Move Digital’s commitment to Metaverse and GameFi applications is part of the larger trend of social interaction taking place within lifelike digital environments. The company’s confidence in this future is reflected in its willingness to commit all its resources to make it a reality.
