According to a Roblox survey, 2 in 5 users believe that self-expression (via clothing and accessories) in the digital world is already more important than expressing themselves in the physical world. However, they lack easy-to-navigate and free-to-use interactive tools to create, wear, and trade digital outfits.
GN3RA addresses this issue and enables a global audience to create, wear and trade virtual fashion with accessible and decentralized solutions. The company just announced its partnership with The Royal College of Art (RCA), the world’s most influential art and design postgraduate institution.
GN3RA Founder and CEO Lili Eva Bartha, said:
“My vision for what creative tools should be was hugely impacted by my time teaching students digital fashion design. I saw firsthand the technical barriers they had to overcome in order to begin exploring their creative practice. I wanted to break down these barriers and develop a platform that enables anyone to explore their creativity through fashion.”
“The beauty of the collaboration with the RCA is that these incredible designers are inviting the world to experience their art in a new exciting and interactive way – by becoming co-creators,” Bartha added.
The partnership, in collaboration with the RCA Fashion MA program, will offer bespoke digital creations by 7 leading RCA Fashion Alumni for GN3RA creators to co-design, wear and share on the platform.
GN3RA has developed an immersive direct-to-avatar design studio that brings together creators, influencers, brands, and media to push the creative boundaries by using digital fabrics, virtual effects, and cutting-edge features.
