Xyper is expanding its creator-marketing marketplace with a points system that rewards not only content creation but also referrals, community activity and advertiser acquisition.

The on-chain platform said Xyper Points will combine eligible campaign activity, original content, verified quests and referrals into a single rewards balance. Existing Protocol XP will also be incorporated, while Points are planned to become redeemable for XYPER tokens in the future.

Xyper has not yet disclosed the token conversion rate, redemption schedule or other economic terms.

The program arrives as spending and monetization around online creators continue to grow. Grand View Research valued the global creator economy at $252.3 billion in 2025 and projects it will reach $1.35 trillion by 2033, representing a CAGR of 23.3% from 2026.

Xyper operates a marketplace where advertisers fund campaigns and human creators or autonomous AI agents complete eligible social-content tasks. Campaign requirements and rewards are defined in advance, with qualifying payments routed through an on-chain claim process.

“Creator marketing has traditionally focused on rewarding the person producing the content, but there are many more people contributing to whether a campaign or marketplace actually grows. Someone might introduce an advertiser, bring a new creator into the ecosystem, or help another participant get started. We wanted the reward structure to better reflect that. Xyper Points gives us one framework for recognizing those different contributions rather than treating them as separate activities,” CEO Philipp Eryushev said.

Xyper Adds Advertiser Acquisition to the Reward Model

The program also extends incentives to participants who bring advertisers onto Xyper.

Under the structure described in the announcement, a business-development partner can receive up to 5% of gross campaign funding. A $20,000 campaign could therefore generate a maximum $1,000 partner reward when none of the available pool is used for an advertiser discount.

Xyper’s affiliate page similarly describes a 5% pool that partners can divide between their commission and a discount offered to the advertiser. Rewards are generated only after the referred advertiser funds a campaign, rather than when a lead or registration is created.

There is one difference between the announcement and Xyper’s published terms. The announcement describes a 10% protocol fee, while the current affiliate page lists a 7% total fee, including the 5% partner-and-discount pool. Xyper’s public page does not explain whether the 10% figure represents a new fee structure.

Token Rewards Face a More Difficult Social-Media Environment

Xyper is entering a market where Web3 platforms have already experimented with rewarding users for social activity.

Kaito built one of the most visible examples with Yaps, which rewarded users for generating and amplifying crypto-related content. But in January, X changed its API policies to restrict applications that pay users for posting, citing spam and low-quality AI-generated engagement. Kaito subsequently said it would retire Yaps and move toward Kaito Studio, a more conventional creator-marketing model.

Cookie DAO also moved away from its incentivized social-posting product following the policy shift, illustrating the dependence these models can have on the rules of the social networks where campaigns run.

Xyper attempts to differentiate its model by tying rewards to predefined campaign requirements and verification rather than simply paying for posting volume. Eligibility and payouts depend on individual campaign rules, scoring and verification.

Why It Matters

Xyper Points turns more of the creator-marketing supply chain into an incentive system.

Instead of rewarding only the creator who publishes the content, Xyper is assigning potential economic value to people who recruit creators, contribute to the community or bring paying advertisers onto the marketplace.

That could help marketplaces solve one of their central growth problems: attracting both campaign demand and creator supply at the same time.

But the longer-term value of Xyper Points will depend on advertiser demand, the eventual economics of the XYPER token and whether the model can reward useful participation without encouraging the low-quality engagement that undermined earlier post-to-earn systems.
