Wisdomise, an AI infrastructure and investment platform, has closed $9.5 million funding round from an array of investors, including Chainlink Labs, SingularityDAO, VentureSouq, Pontinova Invest, Cetacean Capital, and ODE Capital.
The financing round marks a crucial juncture for Wisdomise as it readies itself for its imminent public token launch in May 2024. With a Fully Diluted Value (FDV) projected at $30 million upon listing, the company firmly cements its position within the rapidly evolving Web3 landscape.
Building upon its prior successes, Wisdomise’s recent funding triumph adds to its already impressive investment track record. Having secured $6.5 million in equity Seed and Pre-Series A rounds throughout 2022 and 2023, the company’s journey has been underscored by a remarkable trajectory of growth.
The Pre-Series A round, finalized in September 2023 at a post-money valuation of $75 million, was especially notable, incorporating a 1:1 token warrant. This move garnered significant enthusiasm from investors, a testament to Wisdomise’s promising future and burgeoning community support.
