Gen Z and Millennials are far more willing than Baby Boomers to extend trust to crypto, according to a new survey by crypto exchange OKX.

In a poll of 1,000 Americans conducted in January 2026, OKX found that 40% of Gen Z and 41% of Millennials gave crypto platforms high trust ratings — defined by the company as scores of 6 or higher on a 1-to-10 scale. Only 9% of Baby Boomers did the same, a gap OKX characterized as roughly five-to-one.
