PARAVOX, the free-to-play 3v3 arena shooter, is doubling down on its esports presence with the announcement of the PCI LATAM esports tournament. Featuring a $130,000 prize pool, the competition targets the thriving Latin American gaming community, building on the success of its previous Global Rapid Tournament. Qualifiers from Japan, Southeast Asia, and LATAM will draw top teams from across the region, aiming to secure a spot in the December showdown.

The PCI LATAM tournament begins with an Open Qualifier on November 17, followed by online playoffs on November 23 and 24.

The top two qualifying teams will join the ranks of invited squads, including heavyweights like LOUD, MIBR, w7m esports, and RED Canids Kalunga, to battle for a share of the prize money.

The competition will culminate in the Japan Global Tournament, set for December 21 and 22 in Tokyo.

This LATAM-focused event follows the success of the PARAVOX Global Rapid Tournament, which attracted 23 top esports teams and drew over 500,000 viewers, with a prize pool of 100 million yen. The transition to a LATAM-centric tournament reflects PARAVOX’s commitment to engaging with regional esports communities, aiming to foster a sustainable ecosystem.

“Latin America is home to some of the most influential esports teams in the world,” said Reiji Sato, Head of Global Esports at PARAVOX. “Our goal is to grow the PARAVOX community by partnering with these top-tier teams that share our vision for a sustainable esports ecosystem.”

As part of the PCI LATAM event, PARAVOX will introduce exclusive team collaboration skins for participating squads, offering fans a deeper connection to their favorite teams.

Currently in Global Open Alpha, PARAVOX has garnered over 100,000 downloads on the Epic Games Store, with strong support from players in Japan and Southeast Asia.

The upcoming tournament and regional partnerships mark a significant step in PARAVOX’s global expansion strategy as it seeks to build momentum among esports enthusiasts worldwide.
