Quick Take

  • Moonfrost P2E RPG metaverse brings a solid story
  • Users can create a self-designed life simulation and role-playing game

Moonfrost is a farm management simulation P2E game that allows users to create their dream villages. Cute backgrounds with fantasy elements and various game contents such as collection, cultivation, hunting, fishing, and adventure are combined with P2E elements.

The most attractive part is that the users can experience and create a virtual world different from reality. In other words, Moonfrost targets a wide range of users because it is a P2E with a solid story.

Through Moonfrost, a typical office worker living in the city can become a smart farmer owning a strawberry farm or a forest keeper managing a large forest. Users can go on adventures with friends in the game. They can live as another “me” in the world created by plays such as growing trees, farming, raising animals, and fishing.

Moonfrost is backed by global blockchain and game investors

Global blockchain and gaming investors are taking interest in the role-playing game Moonfrost due to its excellent game performance and wide range of users.

Moonfrost recently raised $4.5 in a seed funding round from a large number of global blockchain and gaming investors including Blocore, Supercell, Pantera Capital, Animoca Brands, and Griffin Gaming Partners. Known as the legend in the game industry, Sir Ian Livingstone, author of Fighting Fantasy, and Phil Mansell, CEO of British game company Jagex, are among angel investors backing the project. Moonfrost is also the first Web 3.0 investment project by global game company Supercell.

Moonfrost is being developed by Oxalis Games led by Ric Moore (CEO), a developer of the mobile version of Stardew Valley, and Gina Nelson, an art director with collaboration experiences with major IPs such as Disney, Lionsgate, and Star Wars.

Moonfrost’s background animation released on its official Twitter account and homepage already brought positive artwork reviews from prospective users. In particular, both the investors and the users are raising expectations from the upcoming trailer this fall.
