Aave’s highly experienced team will provide expert input to improve scalability, security, usability and adoption of EPNS.

United States, June 24, 2021 /AlexaBlockchain/ –  Ethereum Push Notification Service (EPNS), a Decentralized Notification Protocol, today announced that it has collaborated with Aave, the leading decentralized liquidity protocol, on a pilot basis ‘to enhance the EPNS protocol and create a robust standard for decentralized notifications‘.

“Our collaboration with Aave is also an opportunity for us to enhance the EPNS protocol and create a robust standard for decentralized notifications,” said EPNS.

What is EPNS?

EPNS is a decentralized Notification protocol that enables users (wallet addresses) to receive notifications and obtain token incentives through active participation.

EPNS collaboration and pilot program with Aave

There are two goals behind EPNS collaboration with Aave:

The first goal of EPNS is to develop a notification standard that meets the demanding requirements of DeFi liquidity protocol users. Aave users will be able subscribe to alerts such as the risk of being liquidated, decline in health factor of their loan, borrow or deposit rate exceeding preset thresholds, new assets becoming available for borrowing, governance proposals being approved and so on.

Secondly, Aave’s highly experienced team will provide expert input to improve scalability, security, usability and adoption of EPNS.
