Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget has launched the Web3 Leadership Program “Bitget COO Apprentice” in Europe. The “Bitget COO Apprentice” program aims to empower young individuals with hands-on experience and leadership skills within the blockchain domain.

Under the umbrella of the Blockchain4Youth initiative, the Bitget COO Apprentice Program offers a distinctive opportunity for aspiring talents across Europe to collaborate directly with top executives at Bitget.

With mentorship from key figures such as COO Vugar Usi Zade, participants will delve into the intricacies of Web3 while gaining practical insights and guidance from industry veterans.

The program stands out as a platform for immersive learning and professional growth, providing apprentices with exposure to a fully remote, global corporate environment. Through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical training, participants are poised to emerge as influential leaders in the evolving landscape of digital finance.

“We are excited to launch the Bitget COO Apprentice program as part of our commitment to fostering talent and innovation in the Web3 space,” expressed Vugar Usi Zade, COO of Bitget.

“This initiative not only equips young graduates with valuable skills but also empowers them to make significant contributions to the crypto industry.”

As part of the program, the top three apprentices will embark on a fully-funded mentorship trip to Dubai alongside Bitget’s COO. This exclusive opportunity will provide unparalleled access to industry insights and networking avenues, further enriching the participants’ learning journey.

Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth initiative, launched in May 2023 with a $10 million commitment over five years, underscores the company’s dedication to engaging Millennials and Generation Z in shaping a crypto-friendly future.

According to a research conducted by Bitget, Millennials constitute 46% of crypto enthusiasts, highlighting the pivotal role of younger generations in driving the adoption of digital assets.

With the introduction of the COO Apprentice Program, Bitget aims to cultivate a cohort of skilled professionals poised to lead the blockchain revolution. By immersing participants in this dynamic industry, Bitget seeks to empower them to become trailblazers in the ever-expanding landscape of decentralized finance.
